Taipei Digital Group Brand Identity
I led the development of a comprehensive brand identity framework for Taipei Digital Group. This included writing core statements, crafting the brand story, and establishing a consistent tone across the corporate website and social media. My team developed an updated website with over 40 pages and revamped the social media strategy, resulting in increased audience engagement and brand awareness.
TD Japan Corporate Website
I designed and developed the entire corporate website using Wix. My responsibilities included crafting all Japanese- and English-language copy, designing user interactions, selecting and editing photos, and creating visuals aligned with the company’s brand identity. The result is a cohesive, culturally relevant digital presence that conveys the company’s role as an 'enabler' of digital transformation for SMEs.
ToDate Restaurant Reservation System
I served as the product manager during the first phase of ToDate's redevelopment, leading efforts to transform it into a competitive restaurant reservation system. I conducted market research, defined product features, optimised user workflows, and collaborated with the UI designer to enhance usability. I also developed a financial strategy to ensure profitability and created marketing content.
Lamp AI Knowledge Management
I was brought in two days before the deadline to lead the rebranding of Lamp AI. My contributions included defining the brand identity, reorganising and rewriting the website content, collaborating with a UI designer on the layout, and developing the brand tagline and product slogans. My leadership ensured the project was completed successfully, resulting in a professional and cohesive product presentation.
Mentor AI Advertising System
I developed a benefit-driven landing page for Mentor, managed event logistics, and documented the sessions through videos and photos. Additionally, I wrote targeted email and social media copy to maintain partner engagement and reinforce the system’s value proposition. My work was well-received by resellers and stakeholders, who praised the engaging content and the seamless event experience.
Success Story: EPSON Taiwan Service Net
I wrote a success story showcasing how TDG’s social media strategy enhanced EPSON Taiwan Service Net’s customer service through the LINE platform. The article was featured on LINE’s official website, serving as valuable promotion for TDG and highlighting the effectiveness of their social media strategy.
Taipei Digital Group Corporate Website
I wrote the Japanese copy and revised the English copy for the TDG corporate website, ensuring both were marketable and culturally tailored while staying true to the original Chinese content. I also crafted the branding section for the Chinese site and collaborated with stakeholders to produce accurate, engaging copy. The final work received widespread praise within the company.
TDG Social Media
I oversaw content creation for TDG's revitalised social media account, focusing on checking and revising copy to align with a professional yet approachable tone. I researched competitors to develop a cohesive strategy with my colleagues, leading to a series on AI tools for digital marketing that increased engagement and improved the account’s performance.
LINE Campaigns
I led the creation of promotional posts for TDG’s monthly LINE API campaigns, developing trend-based themes to keep the content fresh and engaging. By providing designers with clear instructions and writing copy concurrently, I streamlined the workflow and ensured consistency. This approach resulted in timely, creative posts that effectively promoted the events across social platforms.
TD Japan Recruitment Campaign
I handled the copywriting for TD Japan’s recruitment project, crafting job descriptions and creating a recruitment slogan to define and communicate the company’s identity during its foundational stage. Drawing inspiration from the board’s vision, I developed materials that effectively conveyed TD Japan’s mission and aspirations, helping to attract qualified candidates.
