As part of TD Japan's early recruitment efforts, this project aimed to attract top talent by clearly communicating the company’s goals and values. The focus was on creating job descriptions and a slogan to define and inspire TD Japan’s identity during its foundational stage.

Challenge
The project took place during the early stages of TD Japan’s establishment, with the company’s core spirit and identity still undefined. This made it challenging to craft recruitment materials that accurately reflected the company’s vision and appeal.
Solution
I drew inspiration from the statements made by the chief of the board to develop a slogan that encapsulated the company’s mission and aspirations: '世界をデジタルで繋ぐ人に', which is translated as 'Connect the World Through Digital Innovation'. This slogan became a cornerstone for the recruitment campaign, conveying a clear and motivational message to potential candidates. Additionally, the job descriptions were carefully written to align with the emerging identity of TD Japan, ensuring they resonated with the intended audience and reflected the company’s professionalism and creativity.
