About
Mentor is an AI-powered advertising system designed to streamline campaign management and enhance performance. I created the original marketing landing page, which was later refined and incorporated into the TDG corporate website. I also organised training events for reseller partners and developed presentation materials to enhance their understanding of the system, marketing strategies, and the latest industry trends. To further strengthen partner engagement, I wrote targeted email and social media content tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
Developed the landing page content and planned the layout to effectively showcase Mentor’s value proposition and features while ensuring the messaging aligned with TDG’s brand tone and objectives.
Collaborated with a UI designer to ensure the content was seamlessly integrated into the corporate website.
Organised in-person and online training events for reseller partners, focusing on marketing strategies, industry trends, and how the system supports their advertising efforts.
Prepared presentation materials tailored to support training events.
Videotaped the training events and took photos to document the sessions and support post-event content creation.
Wrote targeted email and social media content to educate and engage reseller partners.
Collaborated with three team members to localise the backend, frontend, and SEO keywords within the system to meet the needs of English and Japanese audiences.
Challenge
The primary challenge was the limited timeframe to complete all tasks, as the Mentor project overlapped with the ToDate development and other website projects. This required efficient time management and prioritisation across multiple responsibilities. The email and social media content often covered similar topics, but it was essential to make each version sound distinct to keep reseller partners engaged. A key challenge was ensuring reseller partners, who lacked marketing expertise, felt confident using and promoting Mentor. The company's goal in designing monthly training events was to enhance reseller partners' marketing skills, making it easier for them to understand the system and communicate its benefits. Balancing technical accuracy with clear, compelling copy was essential for both the landing page and event materials.
Solution
I developed a benefit-driven landing page that highlighted Mentor's key strengths and demonstrated its relevance to resellers' needs. I planned the page layout to create an intuitive user journey and collaborated closely with the UI designer to ensure the messaging and visuals seamlessly reinforced the system's value proposition.
To support reseller partners in enhancing their marketing skills in a conducive environment, our department managed event logistics, including securing a suitable venue, arranging accommodations, and coordinating meals to provide a seamless experience for attendees. I also prepared presentation materials and documented the events with videos and photos to support post-event communications.
To maintain partner engagement, I wrote targeted email and social media copy tailored to resellers' specific needs. Each month, I developed a theme based on the training content, ensuring the messaging remained professional and business-oriented to align with Mentor's accessible, high-tech, and professional image, while keeping it fresh and relevant despite recurring topics. These efforts collectively strengthened resellers' confidence in adopting Mentor and positioned the system as a powerful yet accessible tool for advertising success.
