Each month, TDG hosts a LINE campaign to promote its LINE API products by offering lessons for professionals interested in social media marketing. The events are designed to highlight the benefits of using LINE APIs and attract potential clients.


Responsibilities

Led the creation of promotional posts for social media platforms.

Developed unique themes for each event based on trends to differentiate posts and maintain engagement.

Provided clear, detailed instructions to designers to ensure smooth collaboration and consistent branding.

Wrote copy while coordinating with designers to ensure the visuals aligned with the campaign message.


Challenge

The primary challenge was maintaining creativity and originality when creating posts for recurring events. Also, the posts often needed to be written within tight timelines, requiring quick ideation and precise execution to keep the content engaging and fresh.


Solution

To address this, I developed a streamlined workflow by setting thematic directions early and providing designers with specific briefs to maximise efficiency. By establishing a clear structure, I ensured that the design and copywriting processes progressed in parallel, which saved time and maintained consistency. The use of trend-based themes helped keep the content relevant and engaging, resulting in posts that stood out and effectively promoted the LINE campaigns.
